Sacred Journey~Untamed Path (SJUP) is a diverse, family friendly, pagan tradition that is open to anyone seeking safe, friendly, and open minded education, & association with other diverse God(dess) centered spirituality.

At our 2007 Samhain event many paths were present, even a few mainstream ones that you would not expect.

Our Spirit Family is made of people and families from a diverse variety of spiritual backgrounds, religions and training.

We believe that everyone has something to learn and explore as well as something to teach. Unlike other traditions that are sometimes stuck in their “old” ways, we respect and encourage the individual to explore and discover what works for them - right here - right now.

Classes are frameworks for that exploration.

We do adhere to the basic contexts of “Harm None” that many are familiar with but within the context of practicality.

Example: If you were to break into any of our homes, threaten us, or our children, we have no problem protecting our homes and family members from harm anyway necessary.

Some paths have restrictions, ours does not. Reality and authenticity is valued by our Spirit Family. Most find it refreshing to be able to be honest, and to “be real.”

We are an untamed and unlimited path.

We do not recognize white or black magick per se. Magick is energy and it is our intention, honor and integrity for which we are each personally responsible.

Men and women are welcome. Some traditions exclude men or treat them as “less than”, ours is a tradition of equality, respect, honorable intentions, and personal responsibility.

Seekers, explorers, observers, curious, and “newbies” to God(dess)/Pagan traditions are welcome.

Many have found a Spiritual Oasis and awakening through their association with SJUP which may be very different from their current, often mainstream religious/spiritual path.

We respect and honor what is good and true of all paths while we explore our own.

We do not worship or have demons, Satan, or any of that non-sense. We don’t believe in such things. If your current tradition teaches such nonsense about paths like ours you are more than welcome to visit us and ask any questions you have and see for yourself.

Our definition and practice of worship is probably much different than what you may have been taught, and how you practice your spirituality.

Christians for example - who have visited any of our public or private rituals/celebrations have all had positive experiences.

Our last public ritual we sang and danced to some beautiful Sufi songs which came from Islamic paths/traditions.

We recognize what is good and true in all religions and beliefs.  And, we rejoice in all that is positive and correct for each individual–no matter their race, religion or way of life–as long as it brings no harm to others.

We do not have directives to seek “converts”. We are simply one spiritual discovery, group and home for those to find who are in search of and guided by the God and Goddess.
